@ the Winter Wonderland at Watermark, there’s a new pop-up inspired by The Santa Clause. “The North Pole awaits you! This holiday season, Watermark at Pier 15 will transform into Santa Claus’ headquarters at the North Pole, inspired by Disney’s The Santa Clauses. The main New York Public Library branch (also the Cheap Chick can add that it’s almost always decorated very festively for the holidays), is hosting “A Dickens Christmas,” “a special installation featuring Dickens’s heavily annotated prompt-copies—which he used in his performances—of A Christmas Carol and other holiday books, including The Chimes and The Cricket on the Hearth, together with original photographs, first editions, and ephemera” thru Sunday January 8, 2023.
